Journey Case stores personal and health information on behalf of recovery housing operators. Our published privacy policy will describe what information we collect, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept.
Health information
Resident records can include information protected by HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. The published policy will describe the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards we apply, and how operators can request access, correction, or deletion of records on behalf of a resident.
